It helps some.

I had high hopes for this product to help knee pain in both knees. I don't have particularly large/thick legs, but the velcro strap wasn't long enough for me to attach it. This was the case no matter how I tried to alter how I put it on. So, given I couldn't get it on, I can't really say how well it works otherwise.

Wire for a few weeks, felt no different, pain still there.

The description states that it’s a two pack but it only comes with one strap. With daily use, there are tendencies to have sore spots from the Strap. As far as a knee support, it does support the knee but I wouldn’t buy it again.
